Scottish artist and illustrator Christopher McColl works in a wide range of media including watercolours, pen and ink, linocut prints and digital. A lifelong fascination and love of birds and animals has inspired many of his distinctive artworks and designs. His eye-catching, appealing and often quirky work has proved very popular.

A group of stylised guinea fowl form a bold, almost geometric, pattern on our popular Tall china mug. The blues, blacks, yellows and reds of the guinea fowl contrast with a mustard yellow background in this full-colour wraparound design.

This bone china is screen printed and decorated in the UK by our skilled and cheery team, then fired in traditional kilns for a superior quality and a durable finish.
