Ceramics are decorated to order and fired in kilns overnight. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched, plus additional time for delivery depending on shipping method. Other products leave the next working day except where ordered with ceramics.

Please take care when entering your message as it will be printed exactly as shown on your order confirmation, including any capitalisation (e.g. Oliver, oliver, OLIVER).

See below for an example of handle and inside base decorations. Decorations will be positioned for right-handed drinkers, but we can position these for lefties, too. Just add a note to your order before checking out, or email hello@msmugs.com and we'll be happy to help.
