Ceramics are decorated to order and fired in kilns overnight. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched, plus additional time for delivery depending on shipping method. Other products leave the next working day except where ordered with ceramics.

EU customers: from 1st January 2021, deliveries may be subject to customs charges. Orders totalling more than six mugs will be split into multiple parcels with separate customs charges for each. Any charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
