Sir Quentin Blake is one of the world's most renowned illustrators. He was born in London in 1932 and has drawn ever since he can remember.
He has always made his living as an illustrator, with his first drawings published while still in school. He is well known for his collaborations with writers including David Walliams and, most notably, Roald Dahl.
He has created numerous much-loved characters and his illustrations tell the most wonderful stories.
