Shipping and Returns


We pack your mugs and dispatch them using Track & Trace First Class or Track & Trace Second Class. You should receive your order within 5 working days, or sooner if First Class is selected. International orders are sent by Airmail and should be received within 28 working days of placing your order, using the standard Royal Mail service. A Track & Sign service is also available at additional cost. If you require your order sooner, please contact the office and we will do our best to help.

Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be notified by e-mail and given the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges - For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the "exempt" button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security - We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. We use the services of a payment provider for all on-line purchases.

When you place an order on our website you will be re-directed to either Barclaycard or PayPal's website (depending on your chosen method of payment) in order to process your payment and enter your card details. At no time do we have access to your card details.


Our mugs are of the highest quality. If there are any manufacturing problems we will replace them with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Furthermore, unless the mugs have been customised for you, if you notify us within 7 days of your order and return the mugs in good condition, we will refund the purchase price of the mugs.
