Why are your dates different to Royal Mail?
Although we keep stock of blank ceramics, most items are decorated to order, with your chosen design applied by hand before being kiln-fired overnight. All orders are despatched using Royal Mail, so we need an additional 2-3 working days to process your order on top of Royal Mail's last posting dates.
Where is my order?/Will I be sent a tracking number?
November and December are, unsurprisingly, our busiest months. With a higher volume of orders (and larger orders overall), please allow extra handling time for your order to be despatched. We will still aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days, but it may be up to 5 workind days depending on products ordered.
All orders are sent tracked using Royal Mail 48 (UK mainland) or International Tracked. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon despatch. If you haven't received a tracking number and it has been more than five working days since the order was placed, email hello@msmugs.com and we'll look into it for you.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Our last kiln firing of the year will be Monday 18th December.
