Details

Each deity has both Greek and Roman names listed, plus a few words about each. Ideal for classical studies or history buffs.
Delivery

Ceramics are decorated to order and fired in kilns overnight. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched, plus additional time for delivery. Other products leave the next working day except where ordered with ceramics.
Care

All mclaggan+co mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. 

The decoration transfers are produced using traditional silk screen printing methods, and over a long period of time, some colours made fade. To avoid this, we recommend using a mild detergent and a low temperature setting on your dishwasher.

Wonderful quality and brilliant artwork

Really pleased with the quality of the mug. It was a gift and went down an absolute treat. Brilliant artwork and top notch quality - a proper mug. Extremely pleased with postage turnaround time too, considering I ordered over the weekend arrived the Monday.

Non-existent customer service

Ordered this mug as a Christmas present for my boyfriend on 2 December 2023 and it arrived with a chip. I contacted McLaggan on 12 December and then 27 December about a replacement but heard nothing. I raised it via PayPal on 3 January - still no response. I escalated the claim to a dispute on PayPal on 17 January. I’m sure you can see where this is going now - they still didn’t respond! PayPal finally stepped in and refunded me on the 27 January. Exactly 8 weeks from order to refund with 4 attempts at communication and 0 response from McLaggan.
Two lessons here: 1. Never buy from this website if you like keeping your money and not sending endless emails. 2. Use PayPal for shopping online to protect you from similar companies with non-existent customer service.
The mug is cute though.
